GI is by the way Ted Kusumoto from Montana, assigned later as a individual replacement to the 100th Battalion in Italy, sometime in late 1944 probably and future Silver Star winner.

Looks like a Branch Unassigned Disc there right.

The DUIs are for the Fort Sam Houston Reception Station.

It's a sharp DI, they are a little larger than average, I have only seen them in Sterling
