I saw this online, and here's what's weird...

AFOUA streamers are normally embroidered with dates only.

FEAF basically became PACAF in 1957.  The AFHRA only lists AFOEAs in PACAF's lineage/decorations, but does list a Phillipine PUC from the Second World War (as PACAF would have "inherited" FEAF's lineage).

On the AFPC "access" web-site, there is no record of an AFOUA to FEAF.
