I'm assuming these are reproduction. What I'd like to know is if this pair is a good or bad quality reproduction. Also, can any tell what type of metal was used to make them? Are they worth $20 (or more, or less)?

Looks like lead too me from the back. Silver wont tarnish like that. I don't like them. 

I think the poor picture distorted the look of the finish and makes an ID difficult, at least for me.

They certainly don't appear to be a war era die stamped wing. So I suppose it depends what $20 is worth to you and what you would want them for.

They aren't POW or POW camp made are they?
