Help with RH-36 Sheath Marking

Hello! I picked up this RH36 the other day, which has the owner’s initials on both the blade and sheath. There was also a strange diamond marking on it, which I can’t figure out. Does anyone here know what it could be? It looks like a diamond with an X in the middle, with small circles on the points. I was wondering if it could be a unit marking of some sort. Thanks!
