I was wondering if this is real because there are many fakes in eBay but I’m not good on identifying if it is real or not.

As Ft. Monmouth said, it is indeed original. It's a 1st pattern (late WWII production) USMC cover. From the pictures I can't see any EGA stamps so it may be Korean war era use.
