A 60s Air Force one, snazzy, Cap Device, Lighting etc. but not getting any hits for a 328th Air Division, this 328th Air Division clearly has pre and early WWII Philippine linage right, as it has the patches for the Philippine Department and the Philippine Division. Is this familiar to anyone? the 328th Air Division 13th Air Force? simply getting no hits when searching.

If you ignore the numerals on the scroll the insignia/patch design is the 6200th Air Base Wing (Clark AB, PI).

6200th Air Base Wing, 1 December 1950 – 1 February 1953. Redesignated 6200th Air Base Group, 1 February 1953 – 10 April 1959.

Interesting I noticed that the word AIR is a different font in the Patch
as well as the helmet, at first glance it looks like the 328th AIR was added
later as the centering of the full wording is noticeably shorter on the right side
after Division, but the 13 AF looks the same ?

There is definitely a connection

Patches, you're not getting hits because the 328th AD never existed. As Yokota pointed out, the basic emblem is that of the 6200th AB WING, not group. The wing was active at Clark from 50-53, and again from 55-59. The group was active too and fell under the wing. The 6200 was unique in as a support wing it had front line fighter units assigned. In 1959 the 6200th ABW was replaced by the 405th Fighter Wing. Note it did not have "Tactical" in it as it commanded both air defense and tactical units, along with two units of B-57s.

As for the patch attached above: made in the PI within the last 5 years by one of eBay's biggest dealers in garbage, abqmetal. I have only seen US made examples, and a Japan one would not surprise me. The reason this looks funny is that it is funny. There is nothing she won't copy to fake, so beware. Attached is a late 50s period example.
