While putting new tracks on a camo'd HGU 26/P helmet, I found this message under the visor cover. Must have been a bad day. 

"This helmet looks like s**t we do not have the things necessary to fix it. please do so!"

    The APR changed to EPR in the early 90s(?)a McPeak change I think
