M1A1 Carbine Scabbard?

I had found this one and an experimental scabbard together in an estate sale. I know the experimental scabbard is real, but this particular scabbard has left me stumped. Tried to find as much as I could on the repo makers but the only marking on it doesn't match any of them. I believe this maybe an older repo, but I would like to here what experts on these types of scabbards think. This scabbard is about 28 inches long, and, for some reason, the fold was both glued and stitched, with only the glue glowing in a black light.
