Here are some 1944 dated 20MM shells and a grenade that came with a group I  just obtained as well as some misc bullets.

What is the difference between the brown tip and that blue/ green tip for the 20mm?

Usually the blue painted ammunition means it’s inert for training.

 

Like the grenade, it appears to be blue.
