April 2, 20224 yr #3 Nice, I was TDY there in 86. The setup at the base inside the mountain was most impressive. It was March/April, but it was still around zero degrees with blowing snow. Beautiful place, and flying through the fjords was a great experience. My only visit above the Arctic Circle... Randy
April 3, 20224 yr Author #4 I have a terrible habit of never actually getting photos with me in them...mostly because I think selfies are garbage, and never think to just ask someone to take one.
April 18, 20224 yr #5 I tried to get one in each place I was at. Only because people are so skeptical that someone could bounce around the world as much as I did. I wish I took more pics, but film and developing were so expensive and it seemed every roll had a couple of crap shots. If I had digital back then I would have taken so many more! Randy
