Gang, just picked this up last week. I know these M7's are hard to date, any ideas just by looking at it?

 

Made by ((Imperial)) the Blade is practically "unissued" but, there is the matching #'s of 1250 engraved on pommel and back of scabbard throat.

 

Any ideas ??? was this an issue / ID regulation?

Very nice Carey, I personally have never seen this type of engraving. perhaps someone else may have some input.
