I kind of chilled out on my collecting for a bit (lots of plans for 2022.. moving ...engaged .. etc) but I did grab this one around Christmas time and got some "forever keepers" last year..  A nice early fixed loop painted navy blue over its factory applied OD paint.  It has a brass J Hook and Buckle.  Westinghouse Liner has an early double wire sweatband and Unpainted A washers. It has the stencil of "USN" on it.  Inside of pot looks like it has some toxic sludge in it but long since dried.   Lot# is 231A and should put its production at mid 1942 if we believe some of the charts.  Has a nice smooth look to the blue paint.  Thanks for looking!
