January 16, 20224 yr #1 so I have this M18A1 dummy round that I got from a surplus store. I only have original ww2 things in my collection, so I don't know if I should get rid of it or keep it. Does anyone know what year those were being used? Thanks
January 17, 20224 yr #4 These Drill cartridges were used in WW2 and thereafter for training purposes. They were manufactured by the Excel Foundry and Machine Co. of Fall River, Massachusetts. They don't have a lot of value. I have noticed that Liberty Tree Collectors has had them for sale at $14 for single rounds. The photos below are from Liberty Tree. Charlie
