January 10, 20224 yr #4 It's been awhile but I know it did not have the artillery scene but recall it had a single engine aircraft on the label. It was made for an RAF/RCAF officer's use (private purchase), so aircraft does seem to make sense. Looks exactly like yours but was in an RAF blue/grey color.

January 10, 20224 yr #6 Do you know a rough date on the khaki one? I have read that ones made by Burberry’s were the mark of distinctive for officers in both World Wars. When you go into their shops today and look at their $2500 overcoats, their advertising is quick to remind the buyer of this.
