April 6, 20215 yr #1 Hi everyone! One of my focuses in collecting has been ribbon bars, especially for displays and uniform restoration. Here is a part of my ribbon collection as of the beginning of this year. I've since sold a few of these and added a bunch more to the collection, which I'll post before long. If you are a ribbon enthusiast, could you share your collection? I've only been collecting them for a couple years and I've got a whole lot to learn! Thanks for reading!
April 6, 20215 yr #2 That's a nice collection, thanks for sharing! Looks like you have a good variety. I don't collect them myself, except for the random pick up if I see some real cheap at a show or if they come with some other stuff. However, it can definitely keep you busy with all the possible variations - 1/2" vs 3/8", Wolf Brown, sewn-back, English-made, and so on.

If you've got any photos I'd love to see what you have! The variations are a lot of fun to collect. But as with most things, the more I learn about them, the more I realize there's so much I don't know.
April 16, 20215 yr #4 Here's what I've got for loose ribbons (that aren't on an Ike or part of a grouping anyway).
April 16, 20215 yr #5 I also have this German-made enamel ribbon bar that I got on an Ike jacket. I've only seen a couple over the years on Ebay.

April 23, 20215 yr #7 Sure, I would be willing to part with the 1/2" Navy/Marine bars since I only collect WW2 Army. Feel free to PM me.
March 3, 20233 yr #8 Jason, New-ish collector here. With the EAME ribbon, I was wondering how participation in two campaigns would be shown: • One ribbon for the first campaign, one star for the second campaign -or- •One ribbon and star for the first campaign, a second star for the second campaign Thanks, in advance!
March 3, 20233 yr #9 Also, If someone was KIA during WWII, would they/next-of-kin be given the WWII Victory Medal? Thanks, again!

Each battle star represented a campaign. So for EAME ribbon, two stars would represent two campaigns. Unlike purple heart or bronze star ribbon bars where oak leaf clusters represent additional awards, starting with the 2nd.

December 17, 2025Dec 17 #13 Hello! I know it's been a while and its a very slim chance, but do you still have any of the Navy/USMC ribbon bars that you'd be willing to sell?
