I finally rediscovered this image, it is what I believe to be VF-41 in Morocco. Appears they are replacing a prop. tucked into one their pistol belts is a knuckle knife.

It does look like a M1918 in a metal scabbard.  Other than that it's hard to say what knuckle knife it may be.
