Hello, I have an old us medkit pouch and hard insert that I'd like to fill with the proper items but I'm kinda stumped on what to add as information online is scarce and these items are rare in person here in Aus. I'm fairly certain there's a bandage or two and iodine tablets but that's it, most ones I see online have stuff people added so I hope you fine lads can help! A little side note: that photo isn't mine as I'm lazy and don't wanna find my pouch.
