If Goose was alive...What would he say?

The description says this is one of three made to fit Tom Cruise.

With that said, there are probably more out there that were not movie props.

$45,000 after 3 bids?  That is insane compared to the prices of genuine militaria.  One could have a very nice collection of real items for that amount of money.

Of course, that makes the $3,000 bid on the name patch look very reasonable.

Has a letter from Jim Tyson with it. Wasn't he the costumer on Suicide Squad?

Jim is a good guy
He also worked wardrobe on Apocalypse now and said yes to a certain tiger shirt.

Hi Gil, I can testify to the truth of your opinion when in 2019 I auctioned several real M-42 jackets and several reproduction M-42 suits I had acquired while working on Band of Brothers, quite disappointing or regular prices on the real stuff and out of all proportion prices paid on the film-work copies.

Give it a couple of more auction cycles and someone will fork out 150,000 for it

just for another rung on the social ladder, lol!

Heck, the movie has blown through the box office stratosphere at a Million
