Can anyone identify this badge.  It is on a recently deceased Korean veterans hat.

Very similar to the South Vietnam Ranger badge, but it did not have the skull.  Could be a fantasy piece, or another country I am unaware of.

It is a Royal Laos Commando badge.  Only 300 were awarded with a numbered certificate.  I don't know if it is an original badge but could you post a photo of the back?

These were designed and sold by Lewis Millet ( MOH winner from KW).

There were 2 different badges.

Popular theory is more of these were sold to collectors then were worn by the unit.
