The National World War II Museum has launched a daily online presentation series. This series is an effort to continue the museum's mission of preservation, research, education and outreach during the ongoing COVID 19 battle.

Today's (Tuesday, 7 April) topic is "Innovations At Normandy".

As described by the host - "Senior Curator Tom Czekanski will discuss innovations employed by the Axis and the Allies during the Normandy Campaign. His father and uncle both participated in the invasion and were affected by some of these innovations. Don't miss this special digital presentation!"

The event is scheduled for broadcast on Facebook live at 11AM (1100) US Central Time
