Clive Cussler passed away last Monday, besides being a noted author, he had an interest in classic cars and shipwrecks. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. RIP

My favorite author, I have nearly all his books and am currently reading one now. Terrible news! :(

I wrote to him when I was in collebe (mid 80's) and asked for an autograph for one of his books. He photocopied a few pages of manuscript of one of his books, signed it and sent it to me. Raise the Titanic was the first of his books I read. Good adventures! I hope he's riding or flying in one of his favorite rides. RIP
