Does anyone know if M1955 body armor can be shipped to London?

Now it could be argued that an old flak vest does not have a ballistic ratings nor is it made from Kevlar: but if they busted you it could cost a small fortune to hire a lawyer to argue the differences.

 

That's US law - British law would come into effect too and the receiving end is when the package is mostly likely to be inspected, so that needs research.
