79th (Inf) Division Baseball Team Photograph 1945

The image looks like it was cut down from a larger image but it appears that no content is missing. Currently, it measures 4 inches x 6 inches and was written across the front: 79th Baseball Team 1945. The back of the image has a roster of all the players and the unit they served in. I could not find much information on their team. Anybody know more? Any of these guys come from or go on to the majors? Thanks.
