Both look like originals from what i can see.Scotty

The top one is a 76 TFS patch handmade in Taiwan made circa 1970s. I've had one since the early 90s. Many units had patches done there officially, more than many might think. The 330 FIS and 37 FIS are both fine.

I just came across this one. I would have also thought fake and NOT Taiwan made as RANDY stated. 
I love the tigers face. The top characters is VANGUARD.
