February 10, 20197 yr Author #2 it can accomodate also the ballistic ceramic plates (front and back),the vest came without magazines,Cyalume sticks, lamp and O+ badge,I just added them to have an idea of the loading
February 21, 20197 yr #3 Ive seen photos of Army SF using them in woodland pattern. I dont think Ive seen them issued in any other color. Ive been looking for one of those for awhile, as well as the AWS chest rig from the same timeframe.
February 21, 20197 yr #4 I actually found a photo of a SF guy using that vest in coyote and ranger green. Ill post them up later, ill need to resize them.
November 23, 20223 yr #8 The pros surrounding this tactical vest vs. body armor comparison largely depend on the nature of its intended use. Vests boast wearability and a good enough protection level, making them the perfect gear for daily use, such as routine patrol duty. Besides that, plate carriers boast maximum protective capacity, making them irreplaceable in combat. Long-distance deployments also need plate carriers because of the possibility of harsh environments and unprecedented threats.
December 1, 20223 yr #9 Plate carriers and vests fall under the very wide umbrella of protective equipment. Uniformed personnel, usually those deployed in the field, are commonly seen wearing this body armor.
