Im familiar with the badge and the award criteria as an Army vet, but not as much with time period variations and different makers. Thank you Michael, wasnt sure about Volupte and Williams & Anderson. Any info on which makers were active in which years in order to date the badges?

I don't know when Williams & Anderson starts but I have a White House Serving badge (used between 1960 - 1964)
