Need a little advice for packs.

So I picked up two M1945 packs (uppers) and a M1936 belt. I want to clean them and restore them for personal display. Need a little help on how to clean the canvas and the oxidation on the metal. Both packs are structurally perfect as far as I can tell. No holes no frays and were taken care of well enough that the waterproof lining has absolutely not one crack. Just a few stains from stuff that was on it and bascially smells like 74 year old canvas that's been sitting for that long. ha

 

I'm not sure what I can use or even how to clean them. Also want to clean the oxidation off the metal parts but not sure what I can use thats not harmful. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
