Estate Find--Vietnam-Era Camera

Hello,

I thought I'd share pics of a camera that I bought at an estate sale recently. It's marked "U.S. Navy" and it is a Retina Reflex IV camera (c. 1964-1968). Any additional information or comments about the camera and the case (which appears to have been re-purposed) would be appreciated.
