February 10, 20179 yr #1 Hey again everyone. This wall hanging has been hanging up in my dad's office for close to 40 years until recently he gave it to me for my display. I'm not sure when he had this done or where he got this but I haven't seen another one quite like it surface. Of course it has the marine pictured with an M14 slung across his back and down below it has my dad's unit and years he was over in Vietnam applied to it. I also found a manufacturer's tag on the back of the hanging as well. Has anyone ever found anything like this before?
February 10, 20179 yr #4 My best friend was in Vietnam 1970-71 he has one with his name on it. I have also seen several of these around. Still a cool piece of history....
February 10, 20179 yr #5 Not common, but not rare either. You do not see to many for USMC. Please do not take this the wrong way, but I always found the child-like image with the big eyes to be a bit unnerving.
