January 15, 20179 yr #4 At the top of the rear of the buckle where it says "name" and "unit" is where the individual who bought it would have had their name and unit engraved or stamped. The address is the guy who made them. I agree with vintageproductions, 80's to 90's era. It's a shame it isn't engraved.

January 15, 20179 yr #9 Pretty sure he was the maker or had then made and then sold them.Havent found a direct link to him as a maker/seller of these He was very active in Veterans Organizations this to me has all the ear marks of something that was created for resale. His name at the bottom is like an artists signature.Lets you know who and where it was made.
