I am not sure if these are US. I can't figure these out. Are they armbands? If not, what are they? From what era? Thanks!

they are armbands but look modern.Not a US patterm Im familiar with but not knowing wats current issue either

I would bet these are post WWII. They are made for wear with a shirt that has an epaulet.

I just found other examples. They are on eBay as Dutch/ NATO armbands.
