This came to me yesterday from the Son of the vet. His name was Captain Fensler and he was stationed in England in 42 as a radar instructor in the Signal Corps. He married a British WAAF and returned to Fort Monmouth where he was transferred to the AAF. He served out the rest of the war there and stayed on in the Air Force Reserve retiring in 1970 as a Lt. Colonel. He died in 2000. It is near mint with little signs of use. Even the stencil is only slightly yellowed from age. Scott.
