With the Coast Guard Movie "The Finest Hours" coming out this week there is also a big push to raise money for a national USCG museum to be located on the waterfront in New London CT. So if all my fellow Coasties on the forum could kick in a few bucks towards this good cause then we can have a grand museum to honor all of our shipmates. The link to the museum website is below and I am looking forward as I hope you all are to watching the movie this coming weekend.

Thank you Mason. Excellent info for an excellent cause! The USCG does indeed have a distinguished past and are most worthy of a fine museum. Few Americans are aware there are hundreds of Coasties quietly serving throughout the Middle East even today...
