Here is a new toy Jeep to the collection.....compliments of Santa Claus.

This is the only one I have, made by Corgi, D-Day 60yh Anniversary Series..

 

 

My small contribution to this thread: a tin Jeep made in Japan by Nomura. I believe this to be a fifties example but I'm not quite shure. It is battery operated and in full working order (it makes quite a racket). It was fairly complete and in good shape when I got it. Only missing the small antenna on the radio box and some other small additions to the radio box.

Great collection you have, a lot of us Jeepers own various models of Jeeps.  Last year a local friend ran out of full size Jeeps for restoration so he decided to repair and restore his children's pedal cars they used about forty years ago.  I gave him an old incomplete example the one painted orange. He fabricated the missing parts and restored the three of them.

Hi Folks,

I previously posted these first two....    the original ID jeep cast in one piece, and the Dale model jeep.  Now there's a new jeep in town. It's a Dale jeep, but with the original shipping box.  They didn't have display boxes, so this box was usually thrown away. This particular jeep also has the star on the hood. The other Dale jeep does not. 

You don't see the Dale model jeep with the original box too often.

My collection of Arnold jeeps, which has slightly grown over the years:

 

 

 

Various versions of the 2500/Military Police: dated various years, remote control and windup motor, green and white; a 2500 Constabulary, a few 2100 'plain' examples and the rare civilian models in red, yellow and grey/blue. None are in mint condition, but all have working drives and most are complete.

 

In the back row also the 'black sheep' of the family: the Apnold (not a spelling error) J-2500 jeep. Made for a short period in Japan till Arnold sued them (and won) over copyright infringement, this actually is a very rare example:

 

 

While the markings are copied from Arnold, the jeep itself is much simpler and not a close copy of the original.

 

Arnold is my favorite German toy maker, and I have some of their other post-war tin toy cars too in my collection.

It  certainly looks to be from the period.

Not sure it totally fits in this thread (mainly due to the rather non-military paint job), but just found this while cleaning out my parents' attic.  One of my toys from the 1960's.
