Bill-Such sad news.

I was speaking to Ron Burkey yesterday and he mentioned the kids said the hospital was sending Mike home.

Mike will truly be missed as he was always a lot of fun to be around and was just a great guy.

Sad news indeed.Never had the pleasure to meet him personally but did a lot of trades with him and from time to time we have had a nice exchange of personal nice emails.I'll miss him as a great man,his sympathy and professionality.

Mike was a fellow with an indomitable spirit that, for whatever reason, was frequently tested. He never forgot the point of all this was FUN and it was apparent in his voice right up to the final days as most things he said either started or finished (or both) with his characteristic laugh. Vaya Con Dios Brother - you'll be missed.

Great way to put it. I don't believe we ever met, but he had to be one of the most prolific dealers on eBay, and certainly turned up some unique material.

I too have purchased many items from Mike and have always found him to be an honest and pleasant person to deal with. Very sad news indeed.

Trust me Gil, if you had ever met Mike you would not soon forget him. You could me in the most serious discussion of your life, and seconds later he would have you laughing so hard you thought you would pee your pants...There was never a dull moment around Mike..

So sorry to hear. Though I am new to the hobby, I learned quickly that Mike was a seller you could trust. I'm sure he is now re-united with his wife and in a better place.

I don't believe I ever had the pleasure of doing business with him, but from what has been said his passing is a loss for us all; whether we knew him or not.

Sincerest condolences.

I never met him but always extremely admired his offerings on the big ebay show.

Very sad news indeed....he will be sorely missed....for his vast knowledge, his intensity, but most of all for the fun and craziness that he always seemed to bring along with him.

Michael was a wealth of knowledge and much respected in the collecting community. It is a sad time to lose a friend and although he has departed his memory will endure. Love and miss you Mike.
