April 22, 201511 yr #2 These are the real thing. Uncle Sam's Retail Outlet is a section of a company that does surplus sales under the government liquidation program. They also auction a lot of items on their website, although I believe they have stopped auctioning bayonets. They sell the M7, M9 and USMC OKC3S bayonets that are turned in by various military units. Condition will vary, the ones that I have seen usually show use but are certainly useable and possibly more collectible as they are (to the best of my knowledge) actually military issue rather than the "surplus" or commercial versions also on the market. They have a sale like this every now and then, certainly a good chance to pick one up at a decent price for your collection. Note that they also sell the M7 for $20 delivered. No choice of maker unfortunately but a good price. Not sure if you can hand select if you go to their store, but if you can, might be a great way to round out your maker collection of the M7 (Don't expect any FZR!)
