Help with 6 color desert cover, US?

I this cover has no markings except for the private chevron on the front. The cloth is thin and soft but it's strong. There are no slits in the cover, unless I'm mistaken (happens a lot) the covers had slits removed to speed up production for the liberation of Kuwait. The peice inside is woodland, not desert. The cover is on a extra-small PASGT and wouldn't fit on anything larger.
