Found this at a local Southern California swap meet yesterday. Not sure what it is, where or when it was used. About 3 3/4 iches in diameter at it's widest point. Metal with a leather backing. Provision for a button for a pocket? at the top. Don't know what the abbreviations mean.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
