July 29, 201411 yr #1 Hey guys! I just picked up my first plywood footlocker today to store some of my collection in, anyway I have a question. I got it cheap but somebody painted over the original paint with a white, the white is chipping here and there, how do I strip off the top paint without hurting the original paint underneath?
