May 30, 201412 yr #1 Hey everyone, just picked up this Viet made novelty patch, pretty sure its original war time as I got a number of other good patches from the same source, but I'm not positive as to what it represents with the guy with his head up his rear. Is this a "lifer" patch or something like that? Thanks for any info.
May 30, 201412 yr #4 I think it is more a novelty thing expressing a GI's opinion of the US Army in Viet-Nam than a slam of "Lifers" But as I recall some of the senior NCO's weren't the best and brightest, and where seldom seen outside the wire.

That's what I was thinking too since it does say US ARMY.
