You can just get new Clutch Plate, the old mix and match.

I see, my error, it's not a Collar Disc but these, The Officers U.S. Insignia, correct? I think there's another topic that deal with this. We can look around and see if this was talked about before, I'm sure it must of been.

 

Yes that is it. Did a search and came up empty.

Any jeweler should be able to attach a new prong to the back.
