Just shells...no liners. I think they make quite nice display pieces. Not every old helmet shell is a "holy grail" worthy of preservation....after all, there were 22,000,000+ made so they aren't exactly an endangered species! If this gives them a new lease of life then so be it!

OH, yeah, I didn't bother to read the description either. Doesn't sound real "Sailor" like to me. I've known a couple of Sailors over the years, and don't remember any of them speaking Latin. Bits & Pieces of bad "Bar Japanese", Horrible Pigeon Chinese, sloppy Tagolog, but no latin. A better, more realistic saying might be "Whens Liberty Call", "Where's The Women", "More Beer". There are other, more appropriate sayings, but which can not be printed here, but what is on there sounds like something some one from the Academy might say. Maybe this is intended as an "Officers" version"

How about "Splice the main brace!" or "Anchors aweigh!" Steve?!

Again, maybe for an Officer, Lowly Enlisted Squids don't say things like that
