August 2, 2025Aug 2 #128 Yes, it appears that he shortened his name in Sept1940 from Ranchynoski to Ranch. He had quite a career, flying including Fighting Marine Sq One in Quantico and later an instructor in Pensacola. In Feb 1942 shows sick leave and then a number of staff positions in the Pacific in the forward area till the end of the war. He retired in 1957 as a LtCol, passed 1991, buried in Arlington. John
