I like all of those especially the one that looks like silk with mom on it.

Here's a couple C.B.I. related 

Here's a WWI era one, dated 1919. The colors and workmanship is awesome.  Unfortunately it has a stain on the front lower right hand side. Afraid to try and remove it, my wife cautioned against it being silk.

Wow Ken, that is a colorful one and beautiful at that.  The stitching on that took some time I'm thinking.

Thanks, Mikie. I'd need a ~5x5-foot frame to put them in like that, and a large blank wall to accommodate it. I don't see that happening anytime soon, so they currently sit piecemeal in a cabinet. I really should stop adding them to my collection, but if I see one offered at a bargain I can't help myself 🤪

You have some really nice looking pennants there Scott and I agree the way you said you would display them given the opportunity would be an awesome way to do it. All of yours looks to be in super shape. Thank you for posting those.

These are always so cool. Can recognize a few fields that later turned into operational bases.

Would love to get some once I finish my German cabinet. They're pretty easy to find at antique stores.

Here are a few more I did have framed. The Scott Field display is a tribute to the place I worked for 20+ years (both active duty and federal service).

Years and years ago, my city library had a 1940 edition of the Bannerman's catalog. I used to sit down and drool over it every chance I got. Amazing stuff. And cheap by our dollar value.
