Hello,

 

May I ask what you think about this P2 canteen cover ?

 

I never owned one so I can't tell if this is a reproduction or a good one.

 

I havn't more pictures, they are from the seller.

It is definitely a reproduction. 

I'm not sure what a P2 is, but here's a pattern 1941 with which you see how the details are different.

P2 for Second patern. Thanks, this is difinitly not an original.

The excessive vertical stitching on the front is a giveaway for me. Almost like a cross between army and marine patterns
