Can anyone provide an opinion on this China Imperial Order of the Dragon Medal? It is plain numbered on the edge 368.

 

Are these traceable by number?

I'm currently doing research on the Imperial Order of the Dragon membership roster. Medal #368 was issued to Charles G. Hunt (as Jeff Floyd stated). He was classified as a Mandarin Second Class due to his civilian service in the US Army Quartermaster Department during the China Relief Expedition.
