Why were the winter blues shirts issued until the early 2000s then? Although, this wouldn't be the first time, but wasn't that a waste of money? Why not stop producing them in the 1980s, when most preferred the cracker jacks and other uniform items? -

This is not criticism but he was almost black from head toe, the cloth part of his hat (Cover) was white. But I completely get your point, by this time he must have been trying to get all the mileage he could out of that uniform by that point I had already been back in cracker jacks for almost 2 years. -
