Darn... thanks for letting us know. Silent prayer said.

I'm glad I had the opportunity to shake his hands and thank him at last year's Reading, PA WW2 Weekend.

Rest in peace sir. Say hi to your brothers for us up there.

Though he never really sought any attention or publicity for his role in Easy Company.

Yes i do agree with you 100% on this it is quiet sad to think that he didn't get to receive as much

attention that he deserved to get and its also sad that he didn't get to spend a lot more time with his fellow Soldiers

that he served with in Easy.Co 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment the real Band Of Brothers during WWII

But He Will Never Be Forgotton just like all our WWII VETERANS for his Service and for what he did for our Freedom

that can never be forgotton and its up to us to carry that on to make sure that all of these REAL HERO'S do always be remembered.

Read an article on him in the area paper.Said he was from Omaha and was very quiet about his service.Even his family had little knowledge of his service until viewing the BoB series.
