Great find, still looking for such an example for my Vietnam field gear collection, congrats! J
Justin Posted August 6, 2015 Author Share #28 Posted August 6, 2015 Very nice poncho, I believe 1962 was the earliest. 63 seems to be the most common, and then 1964. I'm still looking for one with a readable tag. There was also a production of DSA marked spot camo poncho liners too. Since this post I have added a minty 1962 camo poncho liner to my collection as well as a DSA marked one. J
phantomfixer Posted August 6, 2015 Share #29 Posted August 6, 2015 last nite I tied it together with a late 50s poncho..snapped it together to see if it made a good sleeping bag...in the jungle or field I could see it working pretty good...maybe too liners together and a poncho would be better for the NE USA
