Hey Justin...yep all the tie downs with solid OD ....it is pretty cool, I have come across several 67-69 dated liners in the local area, but this is the first OD liner...

Very nice poncho, I believe 1962 was the earliest. 63 seems to be the most common, and then 1964.

 

I'm still looking for one with a readable tag.

 

There was also a production of DSA marked spot camo poncho liners too. Since this post I have added a minty 1962 camo poncho liner to my collection as well as a DSA marked one.

last nite I tied it together with a late 50s poncho..snapped it together to see if it made a good sleeping bag...in the jungle or field I could see it working pretty good...maybe too liners together and a poncho would be better for the NE USA
