I do, however, see that he was awarded the PH, BS, as well as the victory ribbon, so likely a combat veteran. It looks like a nice jacket though. Lot's of appeal. Came from a lady in Florida. She was selling off her Father's WWII collection, himself, a WWII Navy Vet. He hailed from Texas.
